About our Returns Policies

Products will be delivered from our online store, and can be returned within thirty days of receiving the order. Certain goods have separate service arrangements that need to be met.

Pieces that cost more than $35 must be delivered using a trackable means. Any products that don't come with initial packaging will be refused.
Things that are impaired, changed, or mislabeled after receiving will not be refunded.

Guadalupe International Store Return Policy

It takes up to 25 days for an object to reach us. After the item is collected at our warehouse and stored, it takes 2 business days for the refund.

Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. Guadalupe Gifts will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact our Customer Care Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.
