Because of our commitment to privacy and our understanding of the necessity for confidentiality, Guadalupe Gifts strives to collect as little personally identifiable information as possible from its users. However, for some of our services, such as creating a buyer account, we may need to collect some personally identifiable information from you in order to deliver these services to you. The types of personal information collected at these pages are described in the sections below.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information from you while you use browse our catalog of products. Any information entered in these search forms is not retained by Guadalupe Gifts.
The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We do not supplement information collected at our website with data from other sources, such as credit history to authorize purchases or marketing data from third parties.
We require your name, address, contact information and a valid email address to create a Buyers Account. For added security, we also request that you submit a password to be used in conjunction with your user name to sign on to your account. If you ever wish to change your user name or password, please contact us at email@example.com. (this may need to change depending on if they will be able to select user name or if we assign one)
The information you provide will remain confidential and will not be distributed to any outside parties, except as necessary to qualify your account.
If you wish to subscribe to our email notification service, we ask for the email address to which you want the notifications sent to and for a brief summary of information regarding the types of products you are interested in receiving notice of. You will be asked to provide a password to access this account in order to ensure the confidentiality of the information. Your email address always remains private and is not sold or supplied to any third parties.
To unsubscribe from our email notification system, simply return to the notifications preferences in your account and de-select all categories. After entering your account and deselecting your account notification preferences, you will not be notified by email for any new product listings. (Note that Guadalupe Gifts may also delete your notification preferences if your email address no longer functional.)
If you send an email to Guadalupe Gifts, we may use your return email address to answer your inquiry or comment. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
On rare occasions, if ever, Guadalupe Gifts may send registered users an email announcement regarding a change in our service that affects their use of it.
VISITOR TRAFFIC LOGS
Pazmir automatically collects IP addresses and traffic information from visitors to our site. None of this is linked to personally identifiable information. This information is aggregated into statistics to help us evaluate how visitors prefer to use and navigate our website, including the number and frequency of visits to our web pages and the length of visits.
We may use aggregate traffic information to tell a partner or advertiser that X number of individuals visited their ad or a certain area on our website, but we do not disclose anything that could be used to identify any individual visitor.
