Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy | Guadalupe Gifts

Please review the cancellation terms for your payment method before placing your order. By completing a purchase with Guadalupe Gifts, you agree to the cancellation policy for your selected payment method.


Standard Orders (Credit & Debit Card)

All orders are final once placed. Guadalupe Gifts begins processing orders immediately after confirmation — typically within the same business day. Because of this, we are unable to cancel, modify, or redirect any order once it has been submitted, regardless of the reason.

Please review your order carefully — including item, quantity, and shipping address — before completing checkout. If you made an error, contact us immediately at info@guadalupegifts.com with your order number. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made, we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been fulfilled.

Once delivered, our standard return policy applies to eligible items.


Afterpay (Buy Now, Pay Later)

Afterpay orders cannot be cancelled once placed. By selecting Afterpay at checkout, you authorize the full installment schedule and agree that the order is final at the time of purchase.

This policy exists because Afterpay initiates its payment schedule immediately upon order confirmation, and the associated processing costs are non-recoverable once the transaction is authorized.

If there is an issue with your order after delivery, our standard return policy applies. Please note that approved returns are issued as store credit. Afterpay's installment obligations remain between you and Afterpay regardless of the return outcome.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Pre-orders and made-to-order pieces — including custom Basilica Art pieces — are produced specifically for you. These orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only, provided production has not yet begun.

After 24 hours, pre-orders and made-to-order items enter our production or sourcing process and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, email info@guadalupegifts.com with your order number and subject line "Pre-Order Cancellation Request — Order #[your number]."

Pre-orders and made-to-order items are final sale once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed. No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued.


Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will continue to receive your subscription benefits through the period already paid.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account at guadalupegifts.com/account
  2. Navigate to Subscriptions
  3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel and click Cancel Subscription

Cancellations requested after a billing date has processed will take effect on the following cycle. Partial billing periods are not refunded. If you experience any difficulty cancelling through your account, contact us at info@guadalupegifts.com, and we will process your cancellation within 1 business day.


Wholesale Accounts — Net 30

Wholesale orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not yet been picked, packed, or shipped.

To cancel, email info@guadalupegifts.com within 24 hours with the subject line "Wholesale Cancellation Request — Order #[your number]." A phone call alone does not constitute a formal cancellation request.

After 24 hours, wholesale orders are considered confirmed and binding. Orders that have already been fulfilled cannot be cancelled. All wholesale sales are final — our wholesale claims policy applies to damaged or missing items only.

Net 30 payment terms do not extend cancellation rights beyond the 24-hour window. Payment remains due per the agreed terms regardless of a cancellation request submitted outside this period.
