Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Personalized, made-to-order, and handmade items may require 3–7 business days for preparation before shipping, especially during peak seasons (mid-November through December, and April through mid-May).

International & U.S. Territory Shipping
Yes, we ship outside the contiguous United States, including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations. Delivery times for international shipments vary due to customs processing and local postal service conditions. We cannot guarantee specific arrival dates for international orders.
International customers may be responsible for import duties and taxes depending on their country's regulations.
PO Boxes & Address Requirements
We can ship smaller packages to PO Boxes via USPS. However, large items and express shipments (2-Day, Next-Day) require a physical street address for delivery.
